Santa checked his list again
Making sure it all looked right
Ready to take the presents
Out to every boy and girl that night
Then throughout the factory

Except for one elf coughing

Santa’s heart it filled with dread
And so he reached out for his glass
He took a swig, to his surprise
Tasted nothing as it passed

No, no, maybe Christmas '20 won’t be great
No, no, it’s gonna suck now Santa must self-isolate
Santa stroked his beard
Trying to think of what to do
The idea of Christmas cancelled
Well, he couldn't let that be true
Think of all the children
And the tears upon their face
When they wake up Christmas morning
And find an empty space
Then Santa remembered
How they put in place Plan B
Back in ’99 when they wondered
If the millennium bug would come early
So he called up the back up factory
Just off the M62
